Other nations detailed ambitious renewable energy goals, plans to curb methane emissions, strategies to safeguard forests, and measures to phase out fossil&nbsp;fuels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe science demands action. The law commands it. The economics compel it.
